The website https://www.radicalwomanalumni.com and the circle community space https://radical-woman-alumni.circle.so/  (“Websites”) are owned and operated by Annette Muller & Melissa Maya (“we”, “us”, “Company”). By accessing and engaging with these Websites, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update any changes on this terms and conditions page. By using the Websites, you agree to the latest version of the terms and conditions.

 

2. Intellectual Property

 

The Websites are for personal and noncommercial use only. All content shared on the Websites is owned by the Company. It is not permitted to use the contents of Websites for your own commercial use, unless agreed upon by the Company. Copying or reproducing any content from the Websites infringes on copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Radical Woman Alumni/ Membership 

3.1 Member Responsibility

 

The Websites include open community hubs for members to interact and engage. When engaging a community hub and sharing space the member agrees to:

• Be kind and follow the rules of engagement

• Be sensitive to the emotions of the group 

• Never create or encourage destructive or toxic behavior

• The membership is a female-only space 

• Be truthful about their personal identity, and never impersonate

• Not share any promotional/ commercial content 

• If a member fails to follow the rules of engagement, they will be removed by the Company. 

 

3.2 Creating a Member Profile

 

Upon registering for the Membership portal, you will be asked to create a profile. This profile must be done honestly. If the Company suspects that you are impersonating someone or if you are falsely sharing your identity, we have the right to remove your profile.

 

3.3 Login details

 

Upon registration, you will create a password - it is your responsibility to keep this password safe and secure. The Company won’t have access to your password and is, therefore, unable to support in case of you losing the password. We suggest resetting your password if you have any issues.

3.4 The Live Classes

 

The Radical Woman Alumni Membership includes multiple live classes hosted by the Company such as the Panel, Forum, The Class and The Sanctuary. These classes are scheduled in advance but are open to change in case of illness or technical issues. The Company will let the members know in advance and will update the events accordingly.

 

3.5 Membership Notifications 

 

Being part of the Radical Woman Alumni will include content on a bi-weekly basis. Members can choose how they wish to be notified about content in their notification preferences.

3.6 ​Radical Woman Alumni Tuition

​

The pricing of the Radical Woman Alumni is subject to change. As our Alumni and certified members grow, we will reconsider the price for each new cohort at the 6-month mark.

4. One-on-One Client Calls with Annette or Melissa 

​

4.1 Coaching calls

​

The Client agrees to the private calls via the Calendly link provided by The Company.  All information about private calls will be shared beforehand by email by the Company. The Client is responsible for putting this in their own calendar. The Client will pay for private calls in advance of the call happening. 

 

4.2 No-show

​

If a client does not show up for a private call, the call cannot be refunded. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they show up on time. The Client can reschedule a call so long as they give 24 hours' notice.  They will need to do this via email or WhatsApp. The Company will register the Client as a no-show, 10 minutes after the agreed meeting time if the Client is not present. The Client can schedule a new appointment through the usual calendly link. ​

 

4.3 Cancelation exception

​

In case of emergency cancelation, the Company does allow for cancellations due to emergency situations including unexpected illness of self or family/work/home/weather occurrences where the Client had no control over the situation whatsoever. 

 

4.4 Cancelation by The Company

​

The Company is able to cancel or reschedule calls in case of illness, serious illness of family or loved ones, or unexpected technical issues, which would prevent the Company from attending the call.

 

 

5. Payments

​

All payments to the Company happen through third-party payment portals. The Radical Woman Alumni Certification Program will be paid through the Paypal portal that is linked to the Wix Sales Page. Private Coaching will be paid for through Annette or Maya's payment portals (EFT/Stripe or Wix/Paypal).

5.1 Client Responsibility

​

It is the Client’s responsibility to follow through on all agreed upon payents. The Client is responsible for making sure that their account has a sufficient balance for the payment to be made.

5.2 Paypal Payments

​

The Company uses third-party payment portal - Paypal - to handle payments for the alumni and for private coaching. When purchasing a product through Wix or Podi, the Client agrees that Paypal can take the amount from the Client’s account, whether in full or in monthly automatic payments.

5.3 Late monthly payments

​

If the Client chooses to pay for a product by using a monthly payment plan, they agree to pay each month by automatic payment. If the Client fails to make this payment, Paypal will send an automatic reminder email. This email will be sent 3 times and will continue until the payment is made. The Client agrees to follow up on all payments in their installment plan. The Client agrees that they cannot will not and cannot cancel a payment plan and once they have agreed to it and will follow through until the end.​

6. Health Responsibility

 

6.1 Medical Responsibility

​

The Company is not responsible for the medical health of the Client. The Client is responsible for their own health both mental and physical and spiritual at all times. The Company does not provide medical advice. In case of medical issues, the Client is advised to seek help from a medical professional.

6.2 Psychological health responsibility

​

The Company's services are not there to replace or replicate the help of a psychologist or psychiatrist. In case of severe psychological problems, the Client is advised to seek support from a professional. The Company offers general support for well-being but is not able to treat clinical psychological issues.​​

 

7. Privacy

​

7.1 Recorded Content 

​

The Company values privacy and will do what they can to protect the privacy of the Client. The Company will ensure that all recordings from live classes remain private. The Client is aware that all live calls are recorded. It is up to the Client to turn off their camera and microphone if they wish to not be recorded.

7.2 Testimonials/ Sharing Messages 

​

The Company shares testimonials or messages anonymously of the Client. When sharing these on social media, the Company will always block out the information of the Client to ensure privacy. If the Client gives permission to the Company to use their name, the Company will use the name of the Client.

7.3 Email Subscription 

​

When The Client offers their email address through The Website, the Client will be signed up to the Company’s email list. If the Client does not want to be on the email list, they can unsubscribe from the email list at any stage. The directions to unsubscribe are located at the bottom of each email.

 

7.4 Email Address Protection

​

All email addresses will be safely stored within the database of the Company. The Company uses Wix as a third party as the email database and Mailchimp as the email marketing tool. The Company is responsible for protecting the email address of the Client and will not share it with other third parties.

The Radical Woman Alumni Websites are for informational and educational purposes only. All content is based on lived personal experience from the Company. These Websites are not meant to serve as treatments or diagnoses of any kind. The Company can not be held liable when the Client has adverse experiences or opinions about the website contents.

Testimonials are the personal experiences of former clients and are never warranties or guarantees of any kind.
